These are the key items customers should understand before paying the Confirmation Reserve.

Two dates requiredRequests with only one date cannot be processed.
Date spacingFirst arrival must be at least 60 days out; alternate date must be at least 45 days later.
Arrival windowMonday–Thursday check-in is the guaranteed 50%-off window. Weekend/holiday arrivals may be available at other discounted rates.
Additional guestsMaximum occupancy is 4. Guests beyond the two-adult offer are $25 per person, per night, paid with room taxes.
Changes / cancellationsA $30 fee applies to changes or cancellations under the published program terms.
Other chargesRoom taxes and hotel/property charges such as resort fees, parking and personal expenses are not included in the promotional room offer.
Group bookingsGroup travel does not qualify for the 50%-off promotional offer; other discounted rates may apply.
Extra nightsAdditional nights may be requested after written confirmation of your check-in date.
Certificate / refundsThe certificate is valid for one year, and refunds are not available for late submission or after confirmation under the program terms.
